WHAT A BALL: No mask for Kanye West, who wore a dapper suit and bow tie Tuesday night as Grazia magazine feted its first year in France with a masquerade ball at the Opera Garnier. West is in town to screen “Runaway,” a long-form music video from his new album “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy,” due out next month. He said he won’t be making any radical changes to his sound. “It’s just newer,” he said. “’Tosca’ is my favorite opera,” declared Serbian actor Dragan Nikolic, who accompanied Laura Smet. Spanish actress Rossy de Palma, who donned sunglasses, said her new movie, “Gigola,” is slated for release early next year. She’ll star alongside Lou Doillon, Marisa Berenson and Thierry Lhermite. “I’m playing a lesbian,” she purred. Guests including Olivier Theyskens, Jade Jagger, Ellen Von Unwerth, Neil Barrett and Chantal Thomass were treated to live performances by Roisin Murphy and Coco Sumner’s band, I Love Coco.
