Of course there was no doubt that Gwen Stefani would draw a crowd of A-listers (and some B- and C -listers, of course) to her L.A.M.B fashion show on Wednesday night.
Held at the tents in Bryant Park, Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, Eve and Stefani’s husband, rocker Gavin Rosdale (with baby Kingston on his lap), sat front and center. Other show-goers included Ashlee Simpson, Sophia Bush and Carrie Underwood, who said that L.A.M.B was the first of three shows she plans to attend this week. “I’m here for Fashion Rocks, so I thought I would check out a few shows while I’m here,” she said backstage just before the show.
Perhaps the most interesting front row fixture at the show was James Garfunkel, who slipped into the last available seat. “I’m working on some music and I am also getting into some real estate,” said the 17-year-old who could have been a carbon copy of his famous father, Art Garfunkel. “I’m going to be opening some hotels and casinos, so I wanted to make the rounds this fashion week. You are going to see me a lot this week. I’m going to try to make Heatherette for sure.”
