HALSTON ONLINE: Los Angeles-based Halston will launch its e-commerce site, halston.com, on Friday in 80 countries including the U.S., Canada, the European Union and the Asia-Pacific nations. The site will feature Halston Heritage ready-to-wear, dresses, evening gowns and handbags, as well as a feature dedicated to founder Roy Halston Frowick and the heritage of the brand.
The site is a partnership between Halston and Branded Online, which developed the proprietary platform and manages fulfillment, distribution and client services. The merchandising, marketing and brand creative and communication remain under Halston’s purview.

The launch follows the rollout of the first Halston Heritage retail stores earlier this year in New York on Madison Avenue and in SoHo, as well as Beverly Hills; Newport Beach, Calif.; Troy, Michigan; Las Vegas, and Kuwait. The brand expects to have 20 stores by yearend.
