HOLLAND HEADS EAST: Tokyo is gearing up for the next installment of its fashion week, running Oct. 13 through Oct. 19. London-based House of Holland, which was selected as the winner of the DHL Exported program for Tokyo, will join the ranks of participating brands this season. Designer Henry Holland will make a trip to Tokyo in October for his brand’s show, according to a spokeswoman for Japan Fashion Week. He will also participate in the following season of Tokyo Fashion Week next March.
House of Holland is not the first international brand to participate in Japan Fashion Week. Previous visiting brands have included Missoni, Paul Smith, Vivienne Tam and Diane von Furstenberg.
