Jack Spade Debuts in London

The 1,200-square-foot retail unit will be located at 83 Brewer Street in Soho, not far from Piccadilly Circus.

JACK LONDON: Jack Spade is making its European debut next week with a store in London’s Soho. The 1,200-square-foot retail unit will be located at 83 Brewer Street, not far from Piccadilly Circus. It will house the full assortment of apparel and accessories, and feature the brand’s signature old fashioned hardware store-meets-haberdashery interiors. “We already have a loyal following of U.K. customers in our U.S. stores,” said Cuan Hanly, vice president and brand director. He said expansion to the U.K. was “the next logical step” after Jack Spade opened its first Tokyo unit last October. The London store, which spans one floor and has double-height ceilings, will be divided into different rooms so as to offer customers “a sense of discovery,” Hanly said. The brand will hold an opening party on March 29.
