EAST VILLAGE: How important is the street to fashion today? Very. Jonathan Anderson is slated to unveil a look today from his spring 2016 collection for Loewe — four days ahead of its official unveiling during Men’s Fashion Week — by plastering Paris kiosks with a total look captured by Steven Meisel. Hinting at the Japanese theme of the collection, model Marc-André Turgeon sports a futuristic look in glossy black, with a conical structure evocative of Mount Fuji as a backdrop.

The outdoor campaign also includes a self-portrait from Meisel’s archive, continuing Anderson’s close collaboration with the photographer, whose work he considers vital to the new image of the Spanish luxury house, owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton. Art direction is by M/M Paris.
