CYBER ATTACK: Although Joyce was a pioneer in terms of bringing luxury goods to Hong Kong, it’s been late to join the e-commerce fray. But come Wednesday, the store is relaunching its web site. The new joyce.com will feature an online store and plenty of other content including trend reports, special offers and fashion news. Also of note, the revamped website will offer shoppers limited-edition goods. Each month the retailer will collaborate with a new designer to create a capsule collection exclusive to the site. First to be featured is Mastermind Japan, which created a coffee mug, ashtray, bath towel, throw pillow and floor mat for the site. Other designers lined up to contribute include Alexander McQueen, Thom Browne, Neil Barrett, Mihara Yasuhiru and Toga. Joyce is concurrently launching its own iPhone app, where users can read news and browse collections available at the store.
