CAPSULE COLOR COLLECTION: Karl Lagerfeld — Sephora’s “Designer of the Year” — has created for the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton-owned perfumery chain a doll in his image, a snow globe and capsule collection of color cosmetics — including nail polishes and eye shadows — plus accessories for the holidays. They are to hit counters in Sephoras throughout Europe and Singapore starting on Nov. 6.
