François-Henri Pinault, chairman and ceo of Kering, said the international specialists would provide “valuable insight on emerging global trends and perspectives from the academic field of sustainability.”

He noted that “we place sustainability at the core of Kering’s business activities and in all areas of governance.”

Kering representatives on the advisory group are to rotate for two-year appointments.
