Leighton Meester, Vera Wang Team Up for Charity

The actress is teaming up with Katharina Harf, founder of DKMS Americas, and Vera Wang to raise awareness for bone marrow donations.

LOVE, LEIGHTON: Actress Leighton Meester, the face of Vera Wang’s Lovestruck fragrance from Coty Prestige, is teaming up with Katharina Harf, founder of DKMS Americas, and Wang to raise awareness for bone marrow donations. Wang designed a T-shirt with the tagline “Share the Love” for the effort, which will be given as a gift-with-purchase for a $78 purchase from the Lovestruck fragrance collection at Macy’s, beginning March 28.

“‘Share the Love’ is an altruistic idea of love — it’s about giving the gift of life to a stranger,” said Meester, who will appear in advertising to promote the campaign with Kerri Mullen, a 19-year-old leukemia survivor who was saved by a bone marrow donation from a DKMS donor.
