LILLY’S LITTLE NOTHINGS: Hanky Panky has entered into a collaboration with Lilly Pulitzer to create a collection of lingerie for spring 2015. The label and hangtags will bear both the Hanky Panky and Lilly Pulitzer names with a heart motif between each moniker. Gale Epstein, creative director at New York-based Hanky Panky, described the partnership with the Palm Beach, Fla.-inspired brand as an “exciting collaboration because it merges two companies known for bright colors and prints. It will be a collection tailored to excite both cult followings with iconic Lily Pulitzer prints and Hanky Panky’s best-selling lingerie styles,” said Epstein.
The capsule line of 11 styles will include a variety of undies as well as daywear items such as camis in sizes XS to L. Suggested retail will be $28 to $92. “These styles will be bought by department stores and specialty stores that carry Hanky Panky and will be sold at 26 Lilly Pulitzer company stores as well as more than 75 affiliated stores,” said Epstein.
