Linda Fargo’s Cadillac Confessions

She will be chauffeured from show to show all week by the company.

CADILLAC CONFESSIONS: As anyone on the fashion week circuit knows, car service makes everything better. Editors and buyers in need of a lift should keep an eye out for Linda Fargo of Bergdorf Goodman, who will be chauffeured from show to show all week courtesy of Cadillac. In honor of Bergdorf’s 111th anniversary, Cadillac has provided Fargo with a brand new graphite Cadillac XTS with black interior, Bergdorf Vanity plates, and a decal on the door with the hashtag #BG111.

“Originally we talked about having a lavender Cadillac,” said Fargo, referencing Bergdorf’s signature color. “But then I thought, ‘I don’t want to be driven around all week in a purple car.’” It’s not an entirely free ride — Fargo will be conducting backseat interviews with industry people, such as Joe Zee, Glenda Bailey and Anna Della Russo to be posted on YouTube as well as Bergdorf’s Web site and social media platforms.
