Speaking of heritage, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton is reporting a lusty response to its open doors, planned for Oct. 15-16. Online reservations for Les Journées Particulières, offering the chance to visit jewelry workshops, vineyards and leather goods ateliers, went live at midnight Saturday and thousands of them were booked up in 15 minutes. Burluti’s Antoine Arnault, who is spearheading the initiative, was particularly chuffed by one Twitter missive on the sellout: “LVMH better than the Black Eyed Peas.”
