LOOKING FINE: Miansai is branching out. The Miami-based jewelry brand — best known for its nautical-inspired bracelets and screw-cuffs — will launch a fine collection this month.
The gold and pavé diamond designs will retail from $30 for stud earrings to $6,700 for cuffs. Designs will be offered in white, yellow and rose gold fabrications.
The range is an expansion from the label’s gold-plated offerings for women. Miansai first launched a standalone women’s collection in 2013.
Miansai has previously produced one-off variations of its signature cuffs in precious materials, but had not introduced a full, ready-made fine range.
Miansai founder Michael Saiger said of the brand’s growth into the fine category: “Looking to the future of the brand and our women’s market, it seemed only natural that Miansai expand to fine jewelry. People come to Miansai because they know they will find consistency, style and craftsmanship in everything we produce. The fine jewelry collection continues to embody this with a new sense of elevation that is synonymous with the Miansai brand.”
The collection became available for sale today on Miansai’s web site and will also be sold in its boutiques in Manhattan’s SoHo and Venice, Calif., as well as at various Barneys New York locations.
