Model Ataui Deng Reported Missing

The Sudanese model has been missing since Aug. 6, when she was seen leaving the Midtown nightclub XVI Lounge on West 48th Street, according to police.

Sudanese model Ataui Deng, 22, has been missing since Aug. 6, when she was seen leaving the New York nightclub XVI Lounge on West 48th Street at around midnight, according to the New York Police Department. An image posted on Instagram Monday by her friend Ajak Deng said she was last seen on the Lower East Side 11 days ago.

Ataui Deng, who is repped by Trump Model Management and reportedly lives on the Lower East Side, is 5-foot, 11-inches tall and has posed for Vogue Germany and Elle France and walked for designers such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Vivienne Westwood, The Row and Zac Posen.

Rihanna, who tapped Deng to model for her ad campaign for her collection with U.K. retailer River Island last year, tweeted an image of her urging people to contact the NYPD with leads. Trump Model Management posted an image of Deng to its Facebook page, urging people with information to e-mail, or to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-8477.
