Moncler to Design Outerwear for VistaJet Crew

Flight attendants and pilots at the luxury private jet fleet will also wear uniforms designed by ex-Trussardi artistic director Giancarlo Petriglia.

Moncler will design the outerwear for VistaJet's crews.

NEW HEIGHTS: Luxury private jet fleet VistaJet has tapped Moncler to design the outerwear for its flight attendants and pilots.

Inspired by the Sixties and the golden age of travel, the jackets for male and female staff are made of crisp waterproof wool, with silk lining and feather down padding.

“For our collaboration with Moncler, we specifically worked together on the outerwear garments for both male and female pilots and male and female cabin hostesses/hosts,” said Nina Flohr, VistaJet’s creative director. “The VistaJet cabin crew travel in any given day from minus 50C to plus 50C temperature; that’s why we wanted to work with a brand who could not only supply garments with beautiful design but also with excellent technical quality.”

The Moncler outerwear jackets will be worn with uniforms designed by ex-Trussardi artistic director Giancarlo Petriglia on board all flights from March. VistaJet is the largest wholly owned fleet outside the Americas and the world’s fastest-growing private aviation company. It prides itself on luxury, offering Kiehl’s toiletries and catering from Harvey Nichols, served on china from Christofle.
