To the Editors:

Sidney Kimmel is one of the most creative and successful entrepreneurs in the fashion industry, and I’m sorry he chose to remember our experience together the way he did.

I learned a great deal from everyone at Jones but decided to terminate our relationship when it became clear to me that Sidney’s many other personal and professional commitments made it impossible for him to focus on my collections.

The decision to terminate was a reluctant one but made in the best interest of my business and in the end it worked out very well.
