QUICK FIX: Olympia Le-Tan is aiming for speedy growth.

The Paris-based designer, best known for her whimsical book clutches and fun-loving ready-to-wear shows, is the recipient of a financial investment of 1 million euros, or $1.1 million at current exchange, from French investment firm Audacia.

“Thanks to Audacia’s support, Olympia Le-Tan will step up its development by expanding the brand’s range of products and reinforcing both its design and sales teams, most notably of its e-shop,” stated Christine Ponelle, president of Olympia Le-Tan, on Thursday.

The designer, who recently opened her first stand-alone store in Paris, currently counts more than 100 points of sale. In 2014, the brand logged revenues of 3 million euros, or $4 million at average exchange for the year, generating 90 percent of its sales internationally.
