RÊVE EN VERT’S SUSTAINABLE CELEBRATION: To celebrate its U.S. launch, Rêve En Vert called upon an old friend: Pamela Love.
On Wednesday evening, the jewelry designer hosted a dinner for the London-based e-commerce site, which will officially launch in the U.S. today. The event, held at a private dining room owned by The Fat Radish team, drew out a large crowd of designers and models, including Jacquelyn Jablonski, Langley Fox Hemingway, Reece Solomon, Melissa Joy Manning, Shane Gabier and Christopher Peters, in support of the sustainable e-commerce venture.
“I wish I could sit everywhere,” Love said, glancing around the crowded table, before taking her marked seat between her husband and Mara Hoffman.
“We’re really excited to be coming to New York and really excited that Pamela agreed to do this dinner with us,” said Natasha Tucker, cofounder of the company that has long-stocked Love’s jewelry. “She has always championed Rêve En Vert and sustainability in her lines, and we really appreciate that.” Her cofounder, Cora Hilts, made a note that each guests place cards was made of paper filled with seeds. “Please go home and try to plant something of your own,” she said, gesturing toward her own card. Jenné Lombardo added, “It’s trending right now.”
