COLOR ME PINK: Peter Marino has a new take on leather. The architect, famed for his top-to-toe black leather outfits, has selected pastel-colored leathers for his new collaboration with Italian furniture design brand Poltrona Frau.
Consisting of a club chair and two-seat and three-seat sofas, the Linea A collection is a reedition of a line Marino designed for the brand in 2007. The colors were inspired by Miami, where he has been working on new commissions and projects.

“I was energized by the city’s reawakening, and inspired to try to do a collection in these coastal, sand and surf-themed colors that are so different from the brown and black I use continually in my work. This palette is more fun, and the chair maintains the classic proportions that I set out to create when designing my Linea A chairs originally,” Marino said.
