PEUTEREY SEEKS INVESTOR: Peuterey Group is seeking a partner for international growth. The Tuscany-based outerwear company, which owns the Peuterey, GeoSpirit, Aiguille Noir and Post Card labels, said it has tapped Deloitte as its adviser to evaluate a number of offers coming from both Italian and international companies. “We strongly believe it is the right moment for us to find a minority partner,” said Peuterey Group chief executive officer Francesca Lusini. “The goal is to find someone who shares our company values and who can guarantee us the financial support to develop our retail expansion and boost our internationalization.”
The group is focusing its attention on the development of the Peuterey brand, which already counts 10 flagships across Europe and Asia. “We plan to open around 50 boutiques worldwide [by] 2018,” Lusini said.
Peuterey Group closed 2013 with revenues of 90 million euros, or $125 million at current exchange.
