Caroline Pieper-Vogt Out at Fusion Brands

The company's chief executive officer has resigned, according to a spokeswoman.

PIEPER-VOGT OUT: Caroline Pieper-Vogt, chief executive officer of Fusion Brands since June 2009, has resigned, according to a spokeswoman. There have been reports for several months that the company could be in financial distress. The company’s brands include Mémoire Liquide, LipFusion, Clean and Jabot Cosmetics, the last a partnership with Sony Pictures and CBS Consumer Products. Pieper-Vogt could not be reached for comment by press time.
