French Connection in North America Licensing Deal

PLV’S FRENCH CONNECTION: PLV Studio inked a licensing deal with French Connection to create its handbags for the American, Canadian and Mexican markets. The collection, which will hit stores in July, consists of a variety of styles including small leather goods, tech accessories and handbags with retail prices from $48 to $198. According to the New York-based PLV, which owns Pour La Victoire and Kelsi Dagger, French Connection is its first license.

“French Connection was attracted to our company because of its entrepreneurial culture and philosophy as well as the company’s strength in manufacturing and retail distribution,” said Kenny Horowitz, president of PLV. “In turn, we believe in the power of the French Connection brand, its longevity and its importance in the contemporary market.”
