Ralph Lauren’s Pay Declines for Fiscal 2014

The chairman and ceo of Ralph Lauren Corp. received a total compensation of $24.5 million for the year.

RALPH LAUREN’S PAY DECLINE: Ralph Lauren’s compensation fell 6.2 percent for fiscal 2014. That was disclosed in a proxy, or Form DEF 14A, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday. The proxy also said the Ralph Lauren Corp. annual meeting will be held on Aug. 17 at 9:30 a.m. at the St. Regis Hotel in Manhattan.

Lauren, the chairman and chief executive officer of Ralph Lauren Corp., received a total compensation for fiscal 2014 of $24.5 million, which includes nearly $1.8 million in salary, $9.4 million in stock awards, nearly $5 million in option awards, $8.1 million in non-equity incentive pay compensation and $262,595 in other compensation.

That’s slightly lower than the $26.2 million he received in fiscal 2013, boosted by the higher non-equity incentive pay compensation at nearly $10.8 million. Most other categories such as salary and stock awards were lower in 2013.
