The French luxury footwear and accessories brand has teamed up with celebrity stylist Camille Seydoux, who has reinterpreted the house’s Prismick line in the trending fabric.
The capsule will comprise platform sandals, ankle boots, a shoulder bag, a bucket bag, a backpack as well as a pair of sneakers
Seydoux, who is the driving force behind her little sister’s Léa red carpet looks, said she approached the assignment by “attentively exploring my own Prismick bag, which is in a melting fade of black and grey.”
“I wanted to work on the idea of facets that make up grades of shading. I looked through the maison’s archives and then I thought of denim. It’s a fabric that naturally burnishes. Denim is both classic and modern, and is very resistant,” she mused.
The collection, which is slated to bow in February, is to give Roger Vivier — best known for its buckle ballerinas and pumps — a younger spin.
