THE GREAT OUTDOORS: The Duchess of Cambridge made a foray into the Kent countryside on Sunday, joining school children from King Solomon Academy Primary in London who were taking part in a camping weekend. The weekend was part of the ARK charity’s Expanding Horizons Scheme, which enables schools in deprived areas to undertake their own outdoor trips with little cost. The duchess wore a khaki Burberry blouse with a khaki sweater and skinny jeans from Zara. She also sported luxury Le Chameau wellies and an olive leather waistcoat from the Really Wild Clothing Company. Although she is not a patron of ARK, it is one of the charities supported by Princes William and Harry.
The duchess helped the eight- and nine-year-old children to build forts, make campfires, and cook their own meals alfresco.
