SCARFING DOWN: The Bocuse d’Or USA Foundation — a nonprofit led by Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller and Jerome Bocuse that trains a team of American chefs for the biennial Bocuse d’Or Competition in Lyon, France — has teamed up with Hermès to create a limited edition printed silk scarf. The piece, called “à la gloire de la Cuisine Francaise,” or “the glory of French cuisine,” was designed by Robert Dumas. A percentage of the proceeds from its sales will go toward the Bocuse d’Or Foundation, and will be available at Hermès boutiques in New York and Los Angeles. Tonight Boloud, Keller and Bocuse will be on hand at a cocktail party at the Madison Avenue Hermès boutique, to preview the neckwear.
