STORM DELAY: Those anticipating the opening of Tory Burch’s Madison Avenue flagship have to wait just a tad longer. The store was slated to be unveiled to the public today, but Hurricane Irene caused construction delays at the 797 Madison Avenue site. The 8,135-square-foot, four-story store is now instead scheduled to open its doors to the public on Sept. 8 — just in time for the big shindig Burch is planning there on Fashion’s Night Out.
