SUMMER KNIGHTS: On Monday the Duchess of Cambridge was out of her weekend wellies and back in her L.K. Bennett nude heels for yet another royal ritual. She joined Queen Elizabeth II and other members of the royal family for the annual Order of the Garter ceremony at Windsor Castle. The ceremony marks the installation of new knights, and the renewal of oaths by established ones. Kate wore the ivory Alexander McQueen coatdress that she first donned at last year’s Trooping the Color parade, and a cream Jane Corbett hat.
