Tesco’s online clothing business is looking to expand its reach with the launch of a new delivery service to European Union countries. The service, clothingattesco.com, will launch later this month and serve countries including Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Spain, and France. “By offering a delivery service to customers in a number of European countries not only are we testing the popularity of such a service, but also gauging the response to our clothing offer in these new markets,” said Jill Easterbrook, Tesco’s clothing director said today. The European service will take 2-6 working days and cost from 4.95 pounds, or $7.62, at current exchange.
