THANK GOODNESS: Elettra Wiedemann has no interest in opening a restaurant, but she is already cooking up plans for another pop-up restaurant at Milk Studios next season. Prabal Gurung, Melissa George, Monique Pean, Yeohlee Teng and Walter Baker are some of the designers who have stopped by Goodness, the fashion-week one she created within Ed’s Chowder House. All ingredients are locally sourced. Having done her thesis on the future of feeding urban populations at the London School of Economics, the model plans to take her Goodness idea abroad with chef-exchange programs in other fashion capitals like Paris, Milan and London.
Wiedemann’s concept will also eventually have a Badness to showcase up-and-coming DJs, musicians, photographers and artists. Happy as her mother Isabella Rossellini is making films — Guy Maddin’s “Keyhole” is the newest — Wiedemann has no film ambitions. “Nope, I just aspire to do Goodness Badness — academia and modeling,” she said.
