FINE DINING: The Frick Collection honored recently retired director Anne Poulet at its annual autumn dinner on Monday night, a cause that helped the museum assemble 250 patrons and raise $1.1 million. As is the event’s custom guests roamed the mansion’s galleries during cocktail hour before sitting for dinner among the collection. Following his post-dinner remarks, incoming director Ian Wardropper presented Poulet with an engraved silver salver as a tribute to her eight years with the institution.
