The pop-up, which will be located at 171 Elizabeth Street in NoLIta, will be open from June 9-12 and will sell Wade’s latest tropical-inspired collection of ties, bow ties and pocket squares along with other summer staples from the brand. His collection, which retails from $15 to $25, will also be available on the Tie Bar’s e-commerce site and within its brick-and-mortar locations in Chicago starting June 9. Fitting with the theme, the pop-up will also include a tiki bar and offer a variety of giveaways.
Wade is no stranger to fashion brand partnerships. He’s designed watches for Hublot, partnered with luxury consignment site The RealReal on a charitable sales featuring his clothes, created an off-court sneaker with designer Alejandro Ingelmo, has a collection with Stance, and is a brand ambassador for innerwear brand Naked.
The Tie Bar also partners with actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson on a series of collections. He recently released a line inspired by his one-man Broadway show “Fully Committed.”
