SKY’S THE LIMIT: Versace Home is headed to London, to a new development south of the Thames in Nine Elms, not far from Battersea and the future home of the U.S. Embassy.

The luxury real estate developer Dico UK Property Holdings said the first of its projects to open will be a 50-story, 360-unit project with interiors by Versace Home. It will be known as Aykon Nine Elms.

Amenities will include a state-of-the-art gym, indoor swimming pool and spa, an owners’ lounge, children’s play area and cinema, all designed by the Italian brand.

The tower is due for completion in 2020, and will feature a mix of premium penthouses, three-, two-, one-bedroom and Manhattan Studio units with city and river views along the Thames.

Gian Giacomo Ferraris, chief executive officer of Versace, said the brand has worked with Dico for a number of years.

“Versace’s participation in the real estate business provides the opportunity to fully experience the Versace lifestyle. In recent years, the private residential projects have become a strategic part of the Versace world.”
