The label helmed by Balenciaga’s artistic director Demna Gvasalia has made the cut alongside J. Mendel, Yuima Nakazato, Francesco Scognamiglio and Iris Van Herpen.
Among the members that have been reappointed by the supervisory board of couture’s governing body are Aouadi, Guo Pei, Ilja, Julien Fournié, Ralph & Russo, Schiaparelli, Ulyana Sergeenko and Zuhair Murad.
Couture week is set to run from July 3 to 7 in Paris.
On July 9, Pierre Cardin will show his collection at the Château du Marquis de Sade in Lacoste in the south of France, the Chambre Syndicale added.
“It will be a collection set between ready-to-wear and haute couture, both for men and women, and will encompass four seasons,” Jean-Pascale Hesse, the designer’s longtime collaborator, told WWD.
The fashion show, he noted, will be accompanied by a capsule collection, slated to retail in a pop-up store at Edith Mezard’s Château de l’Ange in nearby Goult until the end of summer.
