ON THE LINE: Milan-based fashion trade show White is betting on the Web, launching an e-trade project called “Six Talents eTrade” on its Web site that will allow international buyers to place their orders online. In the initial phase, White chose the six young designers — Altewai Saome, Augustin Teboul, Co | Te, Kevin Kramp, Mirit Weinstock and Natacha Talay, who showcased their collections in the White Lounge during the exhibition in September. “We are starting with these six new brands because, loyal to our DNA, we want to offer young talents a concrete opportunity to get in touch with the top buyers,” said Massimiliano Bizzi, founder and president of White.

From the home page of the site, which has registered more than 4,000 visitors in the first week, users can access the areas dedicated to the different brands which was created by art director Enza Morello and Italo-Iranian photographer Arash Radpour. Each of the pages shows the items available for purchase, images, videos and an interview with the designer.
