YOU DON’T SAY?: Everyone knows Karl Lagerfeld is one of the most quotable men in fashion. French publisher Flammarion has assembled some of his best one-liners into a hardcover book titled “Le monde selon Karl” (“The World According to Karl,” in English). It is slated for a fall release, and features about 80 illustrations by Charles Ameline. The designer did not cooperate on the book project penned by Patrick Mauriès but is said to be happy with the compilation. Lagerfeld’s company Web site already features a rotating selection of his bon mots under the heading “Karl-isms.”
