Jessica Simpson did little to make the Daisy Duke look popular again, but it seems enough time has passed since 2005's "Dukes of Hazzard" for fashionable types to take the scissors to their favorite jeans. And this time around, the look is traveling a few places decidedly more glam than the backseat of the General Lee. Lily Donaldson sported a pair of cutoffs on a red carpet in Cannes a few weeks back, and Erin Wasson donned a pair for a store party in Hollywood. Londoner Kate Moss dressed up hers with black tights. Of course, the barely-there shorts haven't strayed too far from their casual roots — laid-back Los Angelenos Nicole Richie and Christina Ricci ran errands in them. Yee-haw.
