The Altuzarra woman is confident and sensual, and, for spring, Joseph Altuzarra channeled the free spirit of the Seventies. He was inspired by the look of a girl in a breezy white shirtdress in Barbet Schroeder’s 1969 film “More,”  and his striking versions of her style featured patchwork suede and intricate basketweave embroideries. Bohemian, yes — but a citified, modern version.
