In sync with spring’s layered and tailored look thus far, Nicole Miller showed a solid collection of simple chiffon frocks, blouses and shorts, in varying lengths and neutral shades. She layered vests and jackets with collared blouses, and maintained a relatively understated vibe peppered with the occasional and sometimes extraneous draped slice of fabric for texture. A graphic “optic lights print” broke up the sea of pale neutrals in the form of a sleeveless blouse paired with a matching floor-length chiffon skirt, and a celadon beaded tank dress and long skirt added a lovely vintage quality to the lineup.
