New Yorkers got their first taste of summer as temperatures soared into the upper Eighties earlier this week, and women wasted no time in bringing out their lightest and brightest. Downtown was awash in boldly printed dresses and T-shirt-and-mini combos, with girls taking their hue cues from the tropics. Pops of teal, fuchsia, tangerine — talk about refreshing. Add catchall totes and oversize sunglasses to the mix, and it was the perfect way to greet the heat.
