Call it the Kentucky Derby of France. Recently held in Chantilly, about 30 miles north of Paris, the annual Prix de Diane Longines drew a crowd decked out in fanciful hats and fascinators. Kate Winslet made an appearance in a chic black-and-white chapeau with matching dress, while many other women seemed to take a bigger-is-better approach. The men followed a more serious dress code in suits and dapper straw toppers.
