Barcelona doesn’t have an official fashion week, but 080 is the next best thing. Last week’s four-day edition of the fashion festival, held at the 17th-century royal Palau de Pedralbes on the western edge of the city, drew a crowd of 19,000, organizers said. The fashion message was clear: The briefer the better. Shorts, from lace to denim, were everywhere with skinny Ts, tanks, asymmetric tops and florals. In addition, girls took to airy fabrics, pretty pattern-mixed frocks, sandalized footwear and booties.
