GUADALAJARA, Mexico —Mexico’s Intermoda IM fashion fair drew 23,000 buyers and visitors, up 5 percent from the January edition, as foreign manufacturers continued to boost orders from Mexican suppliers, according to fair organizers.

The four-day sourcing event last month, Mexico’s largest, attracted 950 exhibitors, up from 800 last time. This was achieved by the launch of the new Trending IM area, which enlarged the total exhibition space to 424,800 square feet, up from 382,320 square feet seven months ago.
