Hook + Albert, a men’s accessories brand, has tapped former Avon executive Donna Ballin to serve as design director.
Ballin, who served most recently as associate design manager of jewelry and watches for the North America Fashion & Home division of Avon Products Inc., was brought on board by founders Adam Schoenberg and Cory Rosenberg to help “guide the vision and lead the creative process” for the company. The plan is to expand to hardlines such as cuff links and Ballin’s jewelry experience will help toward that end.
