ATLANTA — Wacoal Sports Science Corp. has entered into an agreement with the Teva U.S. Mountain Running Team to provide running tights from its CW-X Conditioning Wear apparel line for the 2009 team.

Teva has been the title sponsor of the U.S. Mountain Running Team since 2002 and is also its official footwear provider. The 2009 team will compete in the 25th World Mountain Running Championships in Europe in September next year.

John L.A. Wilson, president and COO of Wacoal Sports Science Corp. and a former collegiate track athlete, said, “For almost six years since we introduced CW-X in the U.S., we have been receiving glowing testimonials from explorers, adventurers and elite mountain runners. This new relationship with this hard-core team of mountain runners will provide us with an opportunity to effectively demonstrate product performance in harsh conditions.”
