Weatherproof is continuing its executive ramp-up, this time for its women's business. Natalie Marten has joined the outerwear firm where she will act as chief merchandiser for the women's division. Marten was recently at Gallery Coat Co. where she was vice president of merchandising. At Weatherproof she will work closely with Kenn Sporn, the designer of the women's collection, and will be tasked with broadening the product offering.
