HOLLYWOOD — The fish-scale dress created especially for her by Jean Paul Gaultier may have generated mixed reactions, but there’s no doubt Marion Cotillard worked the Academy Awards red carpet Sunday night in full glam mode. And on a night when many stars played it relatively safe, with red and strapless looks major trends, Cotillard was one of the few who pushed the edge.
