One of the quintessential British events of the summer season, the Henley Royal Regatta, took place this past weekend on the banks of the Thames River in Oxfordshire. Rowing fans soaked up the sunshine, enjoying picnics and sipping Champagne and Pimm’s as they watched teams race down the river. As is the tradition, men wore lounge suits and blazers with striped ties, cravats and Panama hats  some making bold color choices  while women donned summery frocks topped with fascinators and statement millinery.
