Showgoers of the South by Southwest music festival did their due diligence and kept the city weird. Austin was a veritable hipster mecca — even more so than it is year-round — for the 10-day festival, which ended Sunday, with festivalgoers from far and wide descending upon the city in their sartorially hipster gear. Indie and alt music lovers riffed on a hipster-grunge vibe with flannel, quirky eyewear and aggressive boots. Roadie-toting band cases and cigarettes completed the look.
